Accommodation at Homestead & Beachcombers on Cocos Keeling Islands

Both are premium accommodations.

Those who book first will have the choice until one style of accommodation is fully booked.

Full Price: - requires a deposit (see below)

Final payment by the 30th March, 2020 (required as Accommodation and Flights need to be paid in FULL several months in advance)

(Double - if happy to share a room either with a friend / partner coming along, or take the lottery - we will be staying in homes on Cocos Keeling Islands - thus more private. We will be staying at a Motel at Christmas Island - Twin Share)

Deposit $995.00 to book (NON Refundable) - Must be paid by 31st December, 2019

Single Supplement - $295.00 extra - (for Christmas Island - all will have a single bedroom on Cocos-Keeling Islands). You will have your own room and ensuite on Christmas Island - you will share a bathroom on Cocos-Keeling Island in some of the homes - depending on configuration.

Payment Option Plan:

(over 6 months, starting on the 1st of September, 2019 - Completing on the 30th March, 2020 - I will arrange this with you)

$782.50 - per Month (Per Twin Share - As above)

Total Paid = $4695.00

Single Supplement - $295.00 extra - will increase payments and total paid accordingly.

Details of Cancellation:

1.There is a 3 Day ‘Cooling Off’ period on payment of your deposit - after this time, you are locked into the conditions below:
2.Full refund of monies paid (NOT including the Deposit) if cancelled before 30th March, 2020
3.50% refund (NOT including the Deposit) refund if cancelled before 30th April, 2020
4.Nil refund if cancelled after the 30th May, 2020
5.If paying via the ‘Payment Option Plan‘ - your first payment will be deemed as your deposit and is NON-Refundable. In addition if you fail to meet your monthly commitments (a payment fails), it will be deemed that you have cancelled the trip and you will loose your deposit. It is up to you to ensure that funds are available for your monthly payments. We cannot enter into a credit arrangement with you.
6.You must purchase your own Travel Insurance and email this as a PDF prior to your final booking so that if for some reason you do need to cancel, or the travel arrangements change due to flight or weather challenges, you have recourse for refunds. I would suggest you take out Travel Insurance when you make any payment or your deposit - as you should be able to claim monies back if your situation requires it.
